We’re very excited to share with you all that we’ve signed our first commercial agreement with The Emergency Medical Dispatch Centre in the Region of Southern Denmark.
The emergency dispatch operators at The Emergency Medical Dispatch Centre in the Region of Southern Denmark will be using the HiSklls simulator to simulate a variety of calls. The training will help operators practice life-threatening situations, before they have to address them for real.
Ole Laulund, Emergency Dispatch Manager at The Emergency Medical Dispatch Centre in the Region of Southern Denmark says, “By using the HiSklls simulator as part of our training, new operators will develop the skills required in order to handle the most critical situations by the time they answer their first emergency phone call, where people would need immediate help”.
