The Norwegian Healthcare Investigation Board published a report identifying numerous communication failures across emergency centres and satellite facilities that contributed to preventable incidents. The board recommended enhanced communication training for operators.
In response, Sklls is partnering with emergency centres and rooms to deliver state-of-the-art simulation training for complex communication scenarios.
The Satellite Emergency Room in Sandnes became Norway’s first emergency facility to implement this technology. The partnership received coverage on NRK, Norway’s largest national TV network, and local station TV Vest.
